cricxi Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cricxi platform and all services associated with it. cricxi is an online entertainment platform that provides sports betting, live casino and slot games for Bangladeshi users.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and cricxi. By accessing the site, registering, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the site.

1.1 Right to Amend Terms

cricxi reserves the right to change, modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the moment they are published. You are advised to check this page regularly. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to register and use services on cricxi is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use any service on this platform. cricxi may request necessary documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. If the same person or members of the same household create multiple accounts from one IP address, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be voided.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. cricxi reserves the right to close the account and cancel deposited funds if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

cricxi may verify a user's identity for deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims. Copies of a national ID card, passport or driving licence, and proof of ownership of a mobile payment number may be requested.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on cricxi: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same payment methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.3 Payment Verification

For security purposes, cricxi reserves the right to verify a user's identity and ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will always be made to the same method used for the deposit.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

cricxi may place any withdrawal on hold and request additional information in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions. Ensuring financial security and preventing money laundering is one of cricxi's responsibilities.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

cricxi gives new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (meaning bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed).

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the same person claims a bonus using multiple accounts, it will be cancelled.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the set time limit for claiming the bonus.
• cricxi reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The cricxi VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Members can move to a higher tier through regular play. Weekly cashback is given at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum, based on the week's net losses.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final once placed. cricxi has the right to cancel bets accepted due to technical errors or incorrect odds. If a bet is cancelled, the stake will be returned to the user's account.

5.2 Match Cancellation and Suspension

If a game or event is cancelled, abandoned or suspended indefinitely, the bets on that event will be cancelled and the stakes returned. However, if the event resumes within the scheduled time, the bets will stand.

5.3 Odds Changes

If odds change before a bet is placed, the bet must be placed at the new odds. The odds displayed at the moment the bet is placed will be considered final.

5.4 Limits and Maximum Winnings

A maximum bet amount is set for a specific event or betting market and may change from time to time. This limit will be displayed automatically to the user when placing a bet.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cricxi and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Placing bets automatically using betting software or bots
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the system
• Accessing another member's account without permission
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity
• Using arbitrage methods that work effectively against the system

6.2 Identity Fraud

Creating or operating an account using another person's identity documents or personal information is strictly prohibited. If such an incident is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Any user may request to close their account at any time. The balance in the account (the portion free of wagering requirements) must be withdrawn before closure.

10.2 Closure at cricxi's Initiative

cricxi reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in cases of violation of the terms and conditions, fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions. In such cases, a final decision on any forfeited balance will be made after an investigation.

11. Limitation of Liability

The cricxi platform is provided on an "as is" basis. cricxi bears limited liability for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages or third-party service failures.

11.1 Service Interruption

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades or unavoidable technical reasons. cricxi will follow its pre-established policy regarding bets or games in progress during such periods.

11.2 Third-Party Services

cricxi is not directly liable for failures of third-party services such as payment gateways or game providers. However, cricxi will make every effort to assist in resolving such issues.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved within the relevant legal framework.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that part will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12.1 Precedence of the Bangla Version

These Terms are written in Bangla and, in the event of any ambiguity, the Bangla version will be considered final.
